Annual Strategy.
I specialize in helping businesses & leaders identify and align to a values–driven strategy.
We work together over the course of a year to align your work to your purpose and vision, develop a well–scoped mission, set of core values, and a roadmap for success. We will work through whatever is needed to cultivate that success (i.e- finance, marketing, growth, leadership etc.) and I will be available to support you along the journey.
What you’ll get:
Development of your Core Ideology (vision, mission, values)
Long–term strategy planning
Deep–dives into key areas of your strategy (marketing, finance, etc)
Aligned process design and leadership development
Quarterly strategic roadmaps with monthly “realignments” to keep you on–track.
As–needed support for you and up to 3 staff via additional in–person sessions, texts, emails, Marco’s etc.
Single Session.
$250 for 90 minutes
I also offer single “ad hoc” sessions for individuals seeking strategic guidance. This could be for a venture, a project, career expansion, or really anything that needs strategy or guidance. These sessions are scheduled for up to 90 minutes and can be done in person (if proximity allows) or via Zoom. These sessions do not include the services provided in Strategy.
I’m always happy to do a free, 30–minute call to explore our work together. Ongoing clients will be converted to Strategy service.
